Federico has over 30 years of experience across multiple industries in sectors such as finance, services manufacturing and agriculture. A seasoned entrepreneur, he launched and successfully exited 9 startup companies in different fields, one of which exported to the United States during 17 years. He is an expert in export promotion for small- and medium companies and has led Salvadoran delegations in more than 28 international trade shows. In addition, he has experience in security services for clients such as IBM, TEXACO, SHELL, SIMAN CONSTRUCTORES and the UNITED NATIONS representative offices during the Salvadoran civil war. He also served on the board of two banks in El Salvador, one private and one public, where he participated in setting credit policies and supervising the approval and recovery of medium- and long-term loans extended to private developers in a variety of sectors.

Vikas is an experienced infrastructure and energy investment professionals with over 12+ years of experience in multiple projects across the globe. In past he served as Deputy General Manager for the Reliance Group where he supported the analysis, development and implementation of projects in size ranging from US$150 to US$1 billion. His area of expertise include financial research and modelling, infrastructure finance and start-up funding. As a WashFin Senior Associate, based out of New Delhi, he looks after Washfin's operations for the South East Asian geographical region. Vikas holds a specialized degree in mathematical finance from the University of Maryland , an MBA degree from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Lucknow and a engineering degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi.

Claudia Rodríguez Argueta is an international consultant specializing in economic and business development; whose partners and clients are mainly international organizations, prestigious consulting companies like DAI Europe, EDA and RTI International, multinational companies, universities and government institutions. She has two bachelor degrees in business and marketing, certification as a professional in competitive intelligence and postgraduate diplomas regarding international trade, economic and industrial policies, labor market assessment, sectorial competitiveness and development, project management, big data analytics and business planning.

Mauricio Castro Munguia (Panama)

Mauricio was General Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing for Shell Oil Company units in Central America and the Caribbean over a period of 20 years. He has high-level experience in operations, budget management and expense control, creation of strategic plans and organizational change. He has been an adviser to the President of CEPA, the government agency responsible for the development and management of all transportation infrastructure such as airports and ports in El Salvador, for the development of a strategy for the reactivation of national railways in that country. He was previously founder and CEO of Global Commerce S.A. de C.V., a company dedicated to the export and import of Central American products to Germany and other European countries, and a senior executive of Shell Oil Company before that, as mentioned above. He received his university education in engineering in Germany and speaks German well, in addition to English and Spanish.

Humberto Henríquez is a Business and Project Manager, and a Financial Analyst and E-Commerce Specialist with more than 20 years of experience. His areas of expertise include: Financial and Feasibility Analysis and Evaluation of Investment Projects, Preparation of Strategic Plans for Commercial Companies, Impact Evaluation of Economic and Social Development Projects and Administrative and Financial Consulting. He has worked for a number of USAID funded projects in El Salvador through contractors such as Democracy International, Nathan Associates, DAI, EDA and IBTCI. He has also been involved in the development and implementation of Electronic Commerce as an export tool for small and medium sized enterprises in El Salvador.
