Washington International's principals and Managing Directors are Claudio A. Pardo, Phillip W. Rourk and Jean Pierre Schwartz, whose professional accomplishments are outlined below:

• Claudio A. Pardo
- Banker and international economist with over thirty years of experience with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York; Manufacturer Hanover Trust Co.; Banco BHIF of Chile; the Central Bank of Chile; and on the Board of Directors of the World Bank, IFC and MIGA. In 1990, he became one of the founding partners and President of International Links Corp., and has provided consulting services to numerous private and public sector clients since that time. He is also one of the founding partners of Estrella Americana, the first and largest private equity fund to be organized in Chile.

• Phillip W. Rourk
- Economist and financial analyst with over twenty-five years of international experience. His specialties include public finance at the national and local levels, financial analysis of investment projects, financial structuring, and the organization and development of financial markets and services, including both housing and infrastructure finance. He has also been involved as a principal in the development of investment projects in the agricultural and energy sectors in Central America. He was the founder of AGIC and its President since 1992. Earlier, he was Vice President responsible for Latin America and Asia in the International Division of Robert R. Nathan Associates, Inc. a leading Washington-based economics consulting firm.

• Jean-Pierre Schwartz
- Engineer and investment banker with over thirty years of international experience. His work has focused particularly on the USA, Latin America and Europe. He founded WTIG in 1986 to provide investment banking, project finance and general consulting services to private and public sector clients. Prior to WTIG, he worked for 10 years at the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank Group, where he was Senior Investment Officer and Division Manager for Latin America. Prior to IFC, he worked as Senior Consultant at PA Management Consultants in Paris, France.
The Firm also counts on the support of a select group of senior associates who bring additional expertise on particular projects. To provide broader geographic coverage and presence, Washington International has set up a network of associates in Latin America, as well as in selected countries of Asia and Europe.
